Whether you have never picked up a spray gun before, or you're an experienced painter wanting to touch up your skills and fancy getting hands-on then this course is perfect for you. The main focus of this course is to give participants as much hands-on time as possible so we only include some minor theory on the processes that will be covered.

 

The day will start with the basecoat and clearcoat application using NOVOL products, specifically the NOVOL wave 2.0 waterborne basecoat, and all of the spectral clearcoat range. We will then move on to the application of colour (Chosen by participants). Prior to any spraying, we will be supplying you with all of the necessary PPE/ safety equipment including overalls, gloves, shoe protectors, and so on. We care about your health and safety, therefore, we will also supply participants with a state of the art Devilbiss air-fed mask. Participants will also get a choice of the best spray guns ranging from Iwata to SATA and De'Vilbiss. Once we have completed applying the clearcoat, The panels will be baked, Followed by a break with lunch provided. We will then proceed to look into the correction of paint defects and polishing using all of the latest Farecla polishing technology.
